What is the process of ordering custom vedic jewelry?
1. If you are interested in custom astrological jewelry and already possess a gem recommendation from an accredited Vedic astrologer, please reach out to us through the contact form to start the process. If you have not yet received a gem recommendation, please book your gemstone consultation through the scheduling form.
2. Once you have obtained a gem recommendation and have reached out to us to design your piece of jewelry, we will forward you gem options and design inspiration.
3. After you approve the final design we will begin the process of crafting your ring. Each step of the process will be coordinated to the appropriate astrological timing for maximum beneficial strength of your final piece.
4. After you have approved the final design we will ship you your finished jewelry within 4-8 weeks (or less for some designs).
Do you design engagement/wedding jewelry?
Yes, we love designing engagement rings and wedding jewelry! To start the process, please reach out to us via our contact form and let us know what you are looking for. We will respond within 1-2 business days to discuss your project. Please note that our typical lead time for creating custom jewelry is 4-8 weeks (from final design approval) so it is best to initiate the process at least three months before your jewelry is needed.
Do you offer financing?
We happily offer flexible payment plans on most custom orders.
The full-price of your chosen gemstone is collected up-front at the time of your order so that we may secure it for you. After this we invite you to make payments at your own pace on the price of the setting. Some custom jewelry such as our Navaratna rings can be paid for entirely through installments.
Once your balance is paid in full, we will cast your jewelry and ship to you within 4-8 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please note that we do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of the United States. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs, duties, or VAT imposed by the recipient’s country. Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package. If you live outside of the United States and have any questions or concerns regarding your shipping eligibility, please contact us.

Gem recommendation is a practice of determining your most helpful gemstones based on the ancient practices of Vedic Astrology. Ayurveda also has methods of determining your most beneficial gemstones. Ayurveda is an ancient science with roots in the Indian subcontinent, utilized for improving health and balance of mind, body, and spirit. We have over 25 years of experience studying these traditions and are fortunate to be the most trusted Jyotish jeweler of the Śrī Achyutānanda Das parampara, having designed jewelry for the eminent Jyotish teacher Pt. Sanjay Rath and numerous respected Ayurvedic practitioners, yoga instructors, acharyas, and Vedic astrologers.
Can you ship my jewelry fully insured?
Yes, all of our custom jewelry is shipped fully insured through FedEx or UPS and requires signature upon delivery for added security.
For custom orders within the USA we do not charge shipping.
Shipping for international orders is determined after the final design has been approved. Please note that any VAT and duties incurred during international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I order custom jewelry remotely?
Our clients are from all over the world. Choosing design options and gemstones is done via email and phone with detailed images of what your finished jewelry will look like. This way we can make design changes to determine what you will like best.
Do you offer appraisals?
Yes, we offer appraisals on items over $2500 by a reputable 3rd party gemologist/appraiser. With this you can cover your jewelry under an existing homeowners/rental insurance policy, or simply ask us to recommend a jewelry insurance company.
How do I find my ring size?
Although can have your finger properly sized from a local jeweler, we are happy to send you a ring sizer that you can keep. Simply fill out our contact form and include your address.
