Our return & exchange policy lasts 30 days upon receipt of payment and does not apply to custom items of over $500 or gemstones. Installment payments and deposits on custom jewelry and gems are non-refundable. Custom items and gemstones may be able to be returned and credited towards the price of new custom jewelry but these details are at the discretion of Oocha Mani. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase of non-custom items, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return (of non-custom items), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-2 business weeks. If a store credit (versus a refund) is desired, the credit will be applied to the new purchase.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
If you have followed our refund procedure and you still have not received your refund 2 business weeks after receipt of your returned purchase, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges of non-custom items (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us.
